Charlie Brown and Lucy
Attached is a pic of my son and daughter as Charlie Brown & Lucy van Pelt. The Charlie Brown costume didn't require too much work - just dying a polo yellow and freezer paper stenciling the zig zags. I couldn't find a pattern I liked that resembled Lucy's dress so had to come up with my own and pray that it would fit (my daughter was not willing to try it on along the way) - I think the material definitely helped give it the right look.

This is fabulous! I absolutely love it. My first thought on seeing this pic was that this just has to be my son and youngest daughter next year..then I thought about it and realized that I would need to shave my son's head for this costume lol. You did a great job!
